Staff from CAPS (Counseling, ADAP – alcohol and other drug assistance program – and Psychiatric Services) offer a variety of virtual and in-person workshops for students on various health and wellness topics – Mindful Meditation, Healthy Communication and Assertiveness, etc. Most virtual workshops are drop-in with no registration required.
