From August 2018 – October 2018 the Working Group initiated this project by focusing on the foundational services specific to success for students matriculating to Rutgers—New Brunswick as first-time, first-year undergraduates directly from high school.  The concepts and recommendations advanced lend themselves to supporting transfer students, nontraditional students, and other cohorts as well, and work specifically directed toward the success of those populations is underway.
